As an employee for the On-Air Advertising department at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco,
my responsibilities included both production and post-production design for broadcast and promotional
media. These were in the form of TV commercials, distributed DVDs, and online streaming media.

The commercials below aired on numerous local bay area affiliates as well as global networks (such as MTV)
from 2005-06. Our department also designed and created ongoing promotional DVDs showcasing
student work from all school departments. Below are some examples of our work.

		COMMENCEMENT VISUAL PROMO (2006, 2:01 min.) "Eva Kolenko" Post-Production/Music: Frank Schalk Concept Design: David Pfeil Editing/Post-Production: David Pfeil This was a promo piece played at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium for the 2006 Commencement ceremony showcasing the original photography of Undergraduate Valedictorian, Eva Kolenko.
		CONCEPT COMMERCIAL (2006, 15 sec.) "Motion Pictures" Post-Production/Music: Frank Schalk and David Pfeil Concept Design: David Pfeil Editing/Post-Production: David Pfeil This is a concept ad featuring the work of the School of Motion Pictures and Television students at the AAU.
		CONCEPT COMMERCIAL (2006, 15 sec.) "THINK" Post-Production/Music: Frank Schalk and David Pfeil Concept Design: Chris Blum Editing/Post-Production: David Pfeil This is an excerpt of the Traveling Show exhibit featuring the work of Computer Arts and New Media students at the AAU.
		CONCEPT COMMERCIAL (2006, 15 sec.) "HEAD SLIDER" Original Music: Frank Schalk Concept Design: Chris Blum FX/Post-Production: Frank Schalk This was a concept ad designed by Chris Blum for the THINK campaign for the AAU.
